The electronics logged a fault. Switch off, cut power at the plug or breaker, wait 5 minutes, then restart.
Lights, no cold
Usually showroom mode. Hold the named button for 15 seconds until three beeps sound and cooling resumes.
Thin water stream
Low supply pressure, often from a reverse osmosis system, or a clogged filter cartridge slows the dispenser.
Empty ice bin
The first batch needs about 4 hours once the freezer is cold. Anything stored in the bin can block the fill sensor.
Frost on food
The freezer is NoFrost and the fresh side defrosts itself, so Bosch never expects you to scrape ice off by hand.
Odd first ice
After a filter swap, Bosch says run water for 5 minutes and throw away the first 24 hours of ice.

Bosch oven cold, or baking off target?
Usually a setting or one worn part. Bosch adds no oven years past the first, so rule out these two before a visit; the heating and gasket checks continue on our Bosch oven repair page.

Why a Bosch French door is not a one-person pull
The B36CT manual puts the unit at up to 345 lb and sets clearances from ranges and stoves, and some models run two compressors and two evaporators, one set per section.
